Thank you for volunteering to deliver our Christmas Hampers

1. I/We understand that participation in the SOL Results Christmas Hamper Project and associated activities is voluntary and that no relationship with SOL Results of employer/employee or principal/agent is intended to be or is created.

2. I/We understand that my/our participation in the SOL Results Christmas Hamper Project and associated activities may entail a risk to me/us of death, physical or mental harm, of loss or damage to property, of financial loss, and of a possible liability to others for harm, loss or damage, caused by my/our acts or omissions, arising from but not limited to my/our involvement in activities of the SOL Results Christmas Hamper Project and associated activities, the acts or omissions of other persons or entities, and other matters, events or omissions howsoever arising inherent in the activity of such participation.

3. In consideration of SOL Results allowing my/our participation in the SOL Results Christmas Hamper Project and associated activities I/we agree that:

(a) SOL Results is not liable to me/us for, and I/we agree to release, and forever forgo any claim, demand, action or suit which I/we may in the future have or but for this release would have had against SOL Results, for any , compensation, damages, or other relief of any kind whatsoever, howsoever arising, whether arising in negligence, breach of statute, at common law, pursuant to any statute or in any other manner whatsoever, for any death, personal injury, mental harm, property loss, property damage or liability to any other third party for such relief, for or in respect of my/our participation in the SOL Results Christmas Hamper Project or associated activities.

(b) I/We indemnify SOL Results in respect of any claim, demand, action or suit, made for or on behalf of any third party, against SOL Results, for compensation, damages, or any other relief of any kind whatsoever, howsoever arising, for or in respect of any death, personal injury, mental harm, property loss, property damage, or other loss of any description whatsoever, caused by or arising from my/our act or omission of my/our participation in the SOL Results Christmas Hamper Project or associated activities.

(c) To release and indemnify the person(s) or entity(s) noted in the Schedule hereto, to the same effect and on the same terms as appears in sub-paragraphs 3(a) and 3(b) hereof, as if such person(s) or entity(s), his, her, or its directors, employees, volunteers, agents and any person or entity acting for on or on his or her or its behalf, is substituted for SOL Results in each respective sub-paragraph.

(d) The safekeeping of my/our property during my/our participation in the SOL Results Christmas Hamper Project or associated activities is my/our sole and absolute responsibility and SOL Results has no liability for or responsibility to me/us for the loss of such property.

(e) I/we shall pay any costs or fees of any ambulance, medical treatment or the attendance of any doctor or health care professional which or who provides assistance or attention to me/us in the course of my/our participation in the SOL Results Christmas Hamper Project or associated activities.

(f) I/We shall immediately report to SOL Results the happening of any accident or incident, and any injury to me/us or to any other person arising from any person’s participation in the SOL Results Christmas Hamper Project or associated activities.

(g) During the course of the SOL Results Christmas Hamper Project, video and movie images, photographs and audio recordings (“recordings”) will be made by SOL Results, its agents or authorised independent contractors which may include image or audio of all volunteers. I/we consent to these recordings and understand that such recordings may be used for promotional or other purposes. I/we acknowledge and agree that we have no claim, right or interest in or to any recordings and that they are the exclusive property of SOL Results and SOL Results is the exclusive copyright owner.
