Business and Financial Fitness, the keys to wealth and freedom in life and business
Business growth and improvement doesn’t just happen. It takes carefully thought-out strategies. It takes executing the actions attached to those strategies to achieve your goals. It remains extremely doubtful that any business will be saleable if it is not profitable.
How can any a business make a profit if it is not executing the right strategies the right way? How can that business execute strategies if employees are not engaged and not clear on the mission or vision of the CEO? How can a business grow and scale if the CEO does not have their eyes on the numbers and financials?
In this presentation Sarah Reimann, Business Improvement and Financial Expert will give you the 7 key areas you need to know in order to build a business that serves you, rather than it running you.
Sarah has used this Business Fitness model in consulting and training business owners in many different industries over her 14 years as a tax accountant and for the past 4 years as a consultant and trainer.
1. Financial – Cashflow is the lifeblood
2. Internal Controls – Processes and Procedures
3. Training – Learning & Development
4. Numbers – Metrics and Measuring
5. Environment – Physical & Mental
6. Staff – Building a superstar team
7. Systems – Tools and Connectivity
