Breakfast at the Next Level | December 2023 | POSITIVITY AND MENTAL HEALTH

On the first Wednesday of the Month, some of South Australia’s most successful and motivated people get together over breakfast to discuss, learn, share and grow – personally and professionally.

For our breakfast on December 6th we are delighted to introduce three distinguished experts: Louise Baxter, the CEO of Starlight Children’s Foundation Australia; Dr. Claire Treadgold, an Associate Professor; and Dr. Tom Nehmy, a Clinical Psychologist involved in the Healthy Minds Program. They will be sharing valuable insights and tools with us on how to cultivate essential psychological skills for enhancing mental health, well-being, and resilience, particularly in the context of today’s ever-evolving environment in business and family life.

Mental health definition – Mental health is a state of well-being where individuals can cope with the normal stresses of life, work and contribute to her or his community.

Don’t miss the opportunity to hear three experts talk about positive psychology that has been successful in developing high-performing teams within a culture where change is embraced, and innovation is embedded.
